Chef's Notes
At the Duling-Kurtz House and Country Inn our American and Continental cuisine is prepared to order from only the finest ingredients. I create lunch and dinner specials daily using the best of the season's bounty.
After graduating from the Academy of Culinary Arts in Mays Landing in 1996, I headed to Philadelphia. I worked in some of the cities best restaurants, including Lacroix at the Rittenhouse, Buddakan, and RAE. At these establishments I learned what it takes to run a restaurant of such a high level of quality. My philosophy is that food should be prepared simply, allowing the freshest and finest ingredients to speak for themselves.
